Practice
The chambers is a multi-disciplinary practice. Its work lies principally in commercial disputes and arbitration, insolvency and company law, civil litigation and writ proceedings, electricity and regulatory matters, intellectual property, media law and criminal law, and comprises both advisory work and appearances.
Matters are conducted before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, the Central and State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, arbitral tribunals, and the district and commercial courts.
